The Global Graduate Development Programme of MTN aims to identify, nurture, and expedite the development of exceptional graduates from throughout MTN’s presence in Africa and the Middle East. Through the program, gifted people can quickly advance into important positions at MTN and have a privileged experience. The MTN Graduate Development Programme integrates on-the-job training through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned function with formal development provided by the MTN Academy. The three regional learning centers run by MTN—which are situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa—offer modules for the formal component.
These will consist of blended learning activities like social media platform connectivity, various digital and media outlets, and immersive metaphoric experiences. Locally, graduates working for MTN’s operating firms will receive on-the-job training through job rotation. This will involve mentorship and coaching, as well as a variety of interactions with the executive committees and in-role experience. Top graduates can receive tailored development and substantial work experience in a company that has shaped and is still shaping our continent through the MTN Graduate Development Programme.
Requirements:
Must have graduated no sooner than 2021 with a minimum grade of HND Upper Credit or Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
must have obtained a valid certificate upon completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2023.
Need to speak and write English well
A valid international passport is a requirement.
